Damage Policy: Since all orders are shipped via third party, we strongly encourage  you to purchase shipping insurance to protect your investment against loss or damage, which may occur during transit. Shipping insurance will protect you in the event of a lost shipment, a replacement will be shipped to you with no additional cost. You will also be protected against shipping damage(s).  If the item is damaged there are 2 solutions: 1) if the damage is simply a few scratches, you can accept it and we'll file a claim with the trucking company on your behalf to recover the damage and send you replacement parts free of charge after the receipt of your completed supporting documents for the claim. Please be sure to inspect it thoroughly BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages MUST be noted on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign in acknowledgment, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. All required supporting documents such as delivery receipt, digital pictures and description of damage(s) must also be received within 2 days via email. Failure to do so may cause your claim to be denied by the trucking company and you will have to pay for the replacement parts. Please save all original packing material in case the shipping company exercises their right of inspection. Our trained and experienced customer service representatives are available to assist you and resolve any shipping claims based on your completed supporting documents. 2) If the item has sustained structural damages beyond repair, please take pictures of it and indicate the damage on the delivery receipt then refuse delivery, contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf. Please understand, if a claim is filed against the shipping company for a non-repairable table damaged in shipping, it will take the shipping company up to 90 days to resolve the claim. We do not replace any non-repairable table at our expense. Any refunds on non-repairable or lost item will be refunded once the claim is settled. Any and all credit card or bank account chargebacks on the purchased item will be subject to a $75.00 fee to include bank fees, interest, and attorney/court fees. Buyers fully accept all responsibilities in regards to any financial or time lost which may occur due to this transaction. We use a third party trucking company to delivery your table, orders may NOT be cancelled or refused on the basis of extended transit schedules since we have no control over the shipping company.
